Drive teacher training & career development
Manage parent communication and grievance resolution
Oversee admissions, student retention & school growth
Ensure CISCE/ICSE compliance & regulatory requirements
Prepare academic, administrative & MIS reports
Coordinate inspections, events and co-curricular activities
Work closely with School Management on strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile




Female candidates only
10+ years of teaching experience
5+ years of school administration leadership experience
Experience in ICSE/CISCE school strongly preferred
Experience as Principal Vice Principal Academic Head Coordinator preferred
Bachelor's/Master's Degree with B.Ed.
Robust leadership, communication & team-management skills
Excellent understanding of academic operations and school administration.

Location Preference

Bhopal-based candidates will be preferred.

Candidates from other locations may apply only if they are ready to relocate to Bhopal.
