Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of injection molding machines by performing breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, hydraulic maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, production operations, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Develop and implement effective preventative measures to reduce downtime and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to machine performance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed on each machine using CMMS software.
