Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media qualified to manage and grow the social media presence of DJ Group of Institutions and its various educational and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage official social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content calendars.
Create, coordinate and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other digital content.
Coordinate with academic, HR, admission and management teams to collect content and updates.
Cover and promote campus events, seminars, achievements, admissions, celebrations and institutional activities.
Develop creative captions, hashtags and campaign ideas.
Monitor social media engagement, reach and performance and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats and digital marketing practices.
Coordinate with graphic designers,



photographers and video editors, wherever required.
Ensure consistent branding and skilled communication across all social media platforms.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in social media handling.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Good content writing and communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing will be preferred.
Valuable understanding of reels, short-form videos, hashtags, engagement and social media analytics.
Experience in handling social media for an educational institution, hospital, college or corporate group will be an advantage.
Candidate should be creative, proactive and capable of managing multiple social media platforms independently.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and suitability.
