Skill :
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, T&L;, Workforce Management
Knowledge in Agentic or Gen AI
Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM
Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition

JD:
Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L;, Workforce Management
Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV
Own Response to RFP, RFI
SME on HCM modules
Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently
Support GTM initiatives
Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team
Willing to Travel on short term – essential
Valuable communication skills
