Key Responsibilities:
Support Supplier Connect Portal activities and provide first-level technical/system support.
Register recent information in the system as per procedures and raise supplier requests for contact master maintenance.
Coordinate internal and external communications for survey deployment.
Download and analyze system data to identify gaps between systems.
Monitor survey feedback progress, share updates with internal and external stakeholders, and support timely completion.
Required Skills:
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Valuable analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
Ability to prepare and present key points effectively using PowerPoint.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to highlight important issues and gain stakeholder support.
