Role Overview

We are looking for creative and technically sound Design Engineers Architects Architectural Designers to support real estate, residential, commercial, and building design projects.

The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp and be comfortable working on 2D/3D drawings, layouts, design modifications, BOQ, and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify 2D and 3D architectural/civil drawings.
Develop building layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Create and modify designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Support residential, commercial, and real estate design projects.
Coordinate design requirements with Civil, Site, and Project teams.
Incorporate site conditions and project requirements into drawings.
Prepare working drawings and design documentation.
Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
Support cost estimation and material quantity calculations.
Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications, and constructability.




Make revisions based on site requirements, client inputs, and management feedback.
Maintain proper records of drawings and design revisions.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.

Candidate Profile
6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
Diploma / B.Arch / B.Tech Architecture or relevant qualification.
Freshers/trainees with robust AutoCAD & SketchUp skills may also be considered.
Positive understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, dimensions, and construction details.
Candidates with Real Estate Residential Commercial Building Design experience will be preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in an in office/project workplace.

Location Preference

Bhopal and nearby-location candidates will be preferred.

Candidates from outside Bhopal may apply if they are ready to relocate/work in Bhopal.

Only relevant profiles with AutoCAD + SketchUp skills should apply.
