Key Responsibilities
Connect with students and professionals through calls and other communication channels.
Understand their career goals, requirements, and challenges.
Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities.
Explain the available career support and services.
Schedule qualified candidates for career consultation sessions.
Follow up with candidates and ensure they attend scheduled sessions.
Maintain candidate information and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and career advisory team.

Who Can Apply?
Freshers are most welcome!
0_5 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, BPO, EdTech, Counseling, Customer Support, or similar roles.




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent spoken English communication is a must.
Confident and comfortable speaking with recent people.
Good convincing and active listening skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
Comfortable working in a US night shift.
