Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LD qualified from the Jewellery industry to manage training and employee development initiatives across our organization.

Location: Chennai | Industry: Jewellery / Gems Jewellery | Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs across sales, retail, customer service, and operations.
Design and conduct training programs for showroom and sales teams.
Conduct training on jewellery products, diamonds, gold, gemstones, sales, and customer handling.
Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials.
Manage induction, onboarding, refresher, and skill-development programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records and reports.
Work with HR and business teams to improve employee performance.

Requirements
Graduate / MBA / PG Diploma in HR,



LD, or a related field.
5+ years of LD / Training experience.
Mandatory: Jewellery / Gems Jewellery industry experience.
Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Experience training frontline jewellery sales/showroom teams.
Positive knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience handling training across multiple showrooms will be an advantage.
