Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities in office.
Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions in office.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers for updates and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors /Diploma degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Workplace
Primarily site-based, with occasional office meetings.
Must adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
