Role & responsibilities

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing MuleSoft integration platforms running business-critical applications across retail and enterprise ecosystems.

Preferred candidate profile
Provide L2/L3 production support for MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and middleware services.
Monitor MuleSoft Runtime Manager, CloudHub, and On-Prem deployments to ensure platform stability.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents within agreed SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Support change requests, minor enhancements, and release deployments across settings.
Design and develop MuleSoft APIs following API-led connectivity principles.
Experience in integrating ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
Monitor message flows, API performance, security, and transaction failures.
Implement and support REST, SOAP, JMS, FTP/SFTP, and event-driven integrations.
Work closely with business, application,



and infrastructure teams during incident resolution.
Maintain API documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Participate in problem management and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using DevOps practices.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and API management standards.
Provide periodic service reports, trend analysis, and recommendations for stability improvements.
