Learn servicing and maintenance of electric autos.
Diagnose issues in the battery, motor, controller, charger, wiring, and electrical systems.
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical/EV faults.
Assist senior technicians with repairs and replacement of components.
Check battery health, charging issues, and electrical connections.
Handle customer complaints and explain basic technical issues.
Maintain service records and job cards.
Sometimes visit customer locations for roadside/service support.
