Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and related equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC and servo-related issues.
Maintain auxiliaries such as chillers, dryers, loaders, compressors and MTCs.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain proper maintenance records.
Follow PM schedules, 5S, TPM, RCA and safety procedures.
