Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates strictly adhering to the West Bengal Schedule or CPWD schedule.
Perform comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Analysis and Market Rate Analysis for upcoming tenders.
Assist in evaluating costs for diverse infrastructure works, including public bus stands, warehouses, roads and structural renovations.
Provide reliable cost forecasting to support competitive bidding on government contracts.
Preferred candidate profile : B.E / Diploma civil engineer with minimum 05+ years of experience in preparing detailed and accurate project estimates strictly adhering to the West Bengal Schedule or CPWD schedule. Candidates from Kolkata, W. Bengal , willing to relocate in Kolkata on immediate basis will be preferred.
