Oversee the complete
Accounts Receivable & Collections
process
Communicate with US customers regarding overdue invoices
Utilize vendor portals such as Taulia and Coupa for tracking and updating invoices
Conduct AR aging analysis and perform account reconciliations
Address disputes and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Ensure timely application of cash and work towards reducing DSO
