Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Senior Executive to support the implementation and ongoing management of data-driven initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on executing data workflows, enabling audience segmentation,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer insights and engagement.
Role Responsibilities
Support the implementation and ongoing management of
Salesforce Data Cloud
Integrate data from multiple sources into the platform (CRM, digital channels, third-party systems)
Execute and optimize audience segmentation for marketing and business use cases
Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate business needs into data use cases
Maintain and enhance data models, calculated insights, and reporting structures
Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards
Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions
5+ years of experience
working with
Salesforce
or related technologies
Hands-on experience or strong exposure to
Salesforce Data Cloud
or similar CDP tools
Solid understanding of data management concepts (ETL processes, data modeling)
Proficiency in SQL or similar querying languages
Experience with data integration techniques and APIs
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
