About The Role
Ensure that statutory reporting is completed in compliance manner and on timely basis.
Ensure that group reporting is completed in compliant manner and on timely basis.
Ensure completion of limited review and audits with quality and controls on a timely basis.
Perform basic analysis on the financial statement
How Will You Do It
Finalize of
accounts
& Statutory audit of BIL on quarterly basis and on yearly basis (including liaison with PwC)
Explain the financial performance of BIL to external Board members during Audit Committee and Board Meetings




Prepare finance forecasts for BIL
Ensure adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (with BASC, ZFR/FC)
Manage group reporting of BIL on monthly basis (including preparation of express report)
Provide support in terms of Non trade portal
Manage financial statement review preparation
Provide data for CEQ - FRC
Prepare the Corporate Governance folder on quarterly bas
