Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. and scalability of the certification process as volumes grown * Drive organizational goals through improvement initiatives across functions by leveraging program management principles and desired strategyn * Timely and complete certificate collectionn * Accurate qualification for tariff mitigation programsn * Reduced duty leakage and audit exposuren * Develop project plan and lead project activities from planning to implementation. Ensure approach, policies and procedures align with organizational vision. nnnn## Who weu****re looking fornn * Bacheloru****s degree in operations management, engineering, finance or a related field with over 12 years of experience, or a masteru****s degree with more than 10 years of experience, or equivalent professional expertisen * More than 10 years of extensive experience in project and program management, navigating matrix organizations, and effectively influencing stakeholders.n * Strong business analytical skills with background in Power BI, MS Suite, u**** SAP.n * Clear concise communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a dynamic cross functional environment.nnnn## Preferred qualificationsnn * Working experience in the semi-conductor industry is a plus.n * PMP, SCRUM,
