Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
end -to -end facility operations for residential apartment sites.

Manage and lead teams:
Housekeeping, Security, Technical (MEP), Horticulture
Ensure efficient operation of
DG, STP, WTP, Elevators, Electrical & Plumbing systems




Coordinate with vendors for
AMC, preventive & breakdown maintenance
Maintain and monitor
SLA, KPI, and service quality standards
Handle
client coordination (RWA / Association) and conduct regular meetings

Address and resolve
resident complaints & escalations promptly

Ensure
statutory compliance, safety audits, and documentation
Monitor
budget, billing, invoicing, and cost optimization
Prepare and submit
MIS reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
