If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.nnWe are currently seeking a IT Hardware Asset Management to join our team in Bangalore, Karnu****taka (IN-KA), India (IN).nnResponsibilities: nu**** Building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing the customer experience. nu**** Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Datacenter and End User space nu**** End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience in Hardware assets including Managing leased assets nu**** Create / Update to asset records in the Asset Database accordingly throughout all stages of asset lifecycle nu**** Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts. nu**** Identify Cost savings and establish more effective long-term planning u**** budgeting practices for the customers nu**** Analyze client contracts, Purchase agreements and other data to manage hardware assets effectively nu**** Experience in all processes including but not limited to New Assets, IMACS, Retirements, Disposals nu**** Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents in required forms and consistent with project objectives and deadlines. nu**** Utilize Data analysis tools and techniques like MS Access, MS Excel. nu**** Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients, internal support staff, or partner nappropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve the anomalies. nu**** Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements. nu**** Generate monthly asset reports regarding this Service, as well as ad-hoc reports as requested internally or by customer.
