Role Summary
Analyst - Quality Control Microbiology
Key Responsibilities
Water sampling and analysis (purified water, water for injection and pure steam)
To perform MLT, Bioburden, BET and sterility analysis.
Media preparation, qualification of the reagents and media.
Container closure integrity test.
Perform Disinfectant efficacy test.
Adhere to the schedule and carry out setting monitoring.
Preparation of environment monitoring trends and summary report.
Perform, Nitrogen/ compressed gas monitoring as per the requirement.
Perform periodic identification of environment isolates.
Participate in media fill, observation, result recording.
To report any discrepancy/ incidents/deviations and coordinate during investigation.
To ensure and maintain stock of required media, reagents, and other articles for environmental monitoring.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification:
MSc (Microbiology)
Experience:
6 to 8 years
