## What youu****ll do:nnWe are looking for a highly skilled Engineer to design and develop low voltage products-MCB, RCCB, MCCB, ACB, contactors and LV Panel. This role involves technical coordination for technology transfer and localization adaptation.nn * CAD Proficiency: Mastery of software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.n * Product design and developments- LV switchgear products MCB, RCCB, ACB, contactors and LV Panel.n * Engineering Principles: Robust foundation in mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and material science to ensure structural integrity.n * Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Assembly (DfA) to optimize cost, production, and quality.n * Prototypong u**** Testing: Ability to create rapid prototypes (3D printing) and perform FEA/CFD simulations to validate design performance. Manage the product verification and product certification with external test lab.n * Technical Documentation: Experience in creating detailed blueprints, specifications, and tolerance analysisn * Problem-solving u**** Innovation:



Critical thinking to develop creative solutions for complex design challenges.n * Project Management: Time management, budgeting, and planning skills to move projects from concept to production on schedule.nnnn## Qualifications:nn * B.E/ M.E./MTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering n * 5+ years of experience with low voltage products-MCB, RCCB, MCCB, ACB, contactors and LV Panel.nnnn## Skills:nn * Working knowledge of product design, prototype, verification u****validation and Certification.n * Concept Development- Idea-to-prototype conversion, cross-team collaboration.n * Design u**** Engineering- CAD modeling, compliance with standards, quality tools.n * Prototyping u**** Testing- Prototype building, experimental verification and validationn * Continuous Improvement- Process refinement, VAVE.n * Collaboration u**** Communication- Customers, Stakeholder, supplier and test labs coordinationnnnnPreferred Experience: \- Product design and development experience of low voltage switchgear-MCB, RCCB, RCBO, MCCB, ACB, Contactor, LV panels.n
