Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to, develop, and enhance customer service solutions on the Salesforce platform.



The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and working knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support end-to-end service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize
Salesforce Service Cloud

Configure and manage
Cases, Queues, Escalation Rules, Entitlements, and Milestones
Implement and customize
Omni-Channel
for intelligent case routing
Develop
Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
, and Visualforce pages
Build automation using
Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts
Implement
Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Chat, Messaging, and CTI integrations
Support integration between
Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
objects (Cases ↔ Work Orders)
Perform testing, deployment, and production support
Ensure Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Service Cloud
Working knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
including Work Orders and Service Appointments
Proficiency in
Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows
Experience with
Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge
Familiarity with CTI and multi-channel support

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
