This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience and a strong interest in IAM operations, infrastructure support, and entry-level development activities. The role contributes directly to standardising access, improving compliance, and ensuring secure lifecycle management of identities across Vodafone.nn## What you will donn### nn * Monitor, maintain, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform in line with operational and security standards.n * Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and support integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.n * Support patching, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities for IAM platforms and underlying infrastructure.n * Assist with compliance activities, access certifications, and audit reporting.n * Provide L2/L3 support for servers, networks,



and storage systems aligned to the IAM landscape.n * Support debugging and resolution of application-level issues, collaborating closely with development and deployment teams.n * Deliver agreed outputs within defined schedules and service-level expectations.n * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across support and development processes.nnnn## Who you arenn### nn * A graduate, with an engineering background preferred.n * Experienced in Identity and Access Management concepts, including user provisioning, access requests, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and governance.n * Hands-on experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise environment.n * Comfortable working with infrastructure components and troubleshooting system-level issues.n * Familiar with databases and able to write basic SQL queries.n * A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore stakeholders.n * Aligned with the Vodafone Way: Speed, Simplicity, Trust, innovation focus, customer obsession, and strong personal commitmentnnnn## Not a Perfect Fit?nnConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
