This is a highu****impact, 0-1 opportunity for a product leader passionate about complex workflows, AIu****enabled digital experiences, and building teams from the ground up.nnWhat Youu****ll Ownnn * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core domain within Vialtou****s global mobility platform. nn * Build and lead crossu****functional product pods (engineering, AI/ML, data, design) in Bangalore.nn * Initial build: one pod of ~5 engineers nn * Rapid expansion to a second pod nn * Drive product discovery, experimentation, and prototyping using data insights, user research, and iterative development. nn * Translate complex immigration, tax, and mobility workflows into intelligent, AIu****powered platform capabilities. nn * Identify and embed opportunities for automation, LLM-driven enhancements, and intelligent workflows. nn * Partner closely with global engineering and product leaders in the US and UK.
