Proficiency in Python — comfortable with production-grade code, scripting, and modern libraries. Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience — you've built or shipped products using large language models and understand their capabilities and limitations. Cloud fluency — solid experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. CI/CD expertise — you've built and maintained pipelines; you care about deployment velocity and reliability. Product mindset — you think beyond tickets; you ask why before how. Manage risk proactively — surface technical debt, identify risks early, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
