As an International Sales Specialist, you will operate at the core of our global growth engine. You will engage with prospective learners, guide them through decision-making journeys, and help them identify the right learning solutions based on their goals and aspirations.
This is not a transactional sales role. You are expected to influence, consult, and drive outcomes through effective communication, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills. You will interact with international customers, understand their requirements,



and ensure a smooth end-to-end learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners and international clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs and solutions.
Manage and coordinate sales operations efficiently to ensure smooth lead flow and customer engagement.
Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in internal systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learner experience and operational efficiency.
Drive timely follow-ups and ensure high response rates to maximize conversions.
Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and customer expectations.
Represent the company professionally in all global interactions.
