Your work profile
Manage all accounting transactions.
Preparing financial reports.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
Journal Entry Postings.
Analyse and post Accruals.
Analyse and post re-class and allocations.
Ensure timely closure of books.
Month-end/year-end close process.
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
Supporting payment review & approval.
Ensure timely resolution of queries from business/operations.




Ensure process documentation is up to date.
Process improvement and standardization.
Support on Ad hoc Projects/Tasks as assigned.
Desired/Preferred Expertise:
Accounting Experience.
SAP Experience.
Good communication skills, written and oral.
Overall, Knowledge of Reconciliation.
Excel Knowledge.
Stakeholder Management.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Key skills required:
Adaptable working in shift.
Team player.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Basic Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance & Accounting.
Total Years of Experience: 2+ Years.
Shift timing: Any 9 working hours in a day depending on the business needs and the regions supported.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
