Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Creation
Develop user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes
Ensure all documentation is accurate and explicit
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
Collect input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to guarantee content quality
3. Content Verification & Quality Assurance
Validate documentation against product features
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all materials
4. Documentation Maintenance
Update and publish content in alignment with release schedules
Manage documentation portals effectively
5. Technical Content Assistance
Support creation of API documentation and technical references




Contribute to Learning Management System (LMS) content and video scripts for product tutorials
Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within SaaS or product environments
Excellent writing skills focusing on clarity and precision
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI is preferred
Ability to comprehend product functionality from an end-user's perspective
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Familiarity with tools such as GitBook or equivalent platforms is a plus
Experience or exposure to ITSM, AIOps, or IT infrastructure is advantageous
