Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior OpenShift / Linux Engineer
to manage, deploy, and optimize containerized environments using
Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux administration skills and hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and highly available container platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage
Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
Administer and maintain
Linux-based systems
(RHEL/CentOS)
Design and support
containerized applications and microservices architectures
Manage
Kubernetes clusters
(via OpenShift) including scaling, upgrades, and monitoring
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices
Troubleshoot platform, container, and infrastructure issues
Ensure system security, patching, and compliance standards




Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for application deployment
Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization

Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in Linux system administration and container platforms
Hands-on experience with:
Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
Kubernetes and Docker/containers
Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
Robust understanding of:
Container orchestration
Networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, ingress)
Storage in container environments
Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
