Edit
content designed for high retention
, including:
Reels / Shorts / YouTube videos
Ads and performance-driven creatives
Optimize videos by focusing on:
Captivating hooks within the first 3 seconds
Maximizing watch time and retention rates
Collaborate closely with founders and creators to develop
content that grabs attention and encourages scrolling
Manage
sound design, pacing, transitions, and storytelling
elements
Customize edits to fit the specific requirements of each
platform (Instagram, YouTube, Ads)
Leverage
data and insights such as drop-off points and engagement metrics
to enhance editing quality
? Qualifications We Seek




Between 1 and 4 years of experience in
content or video editing
Proficient with:
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
Experience collaborating with:
Creators, influencers, startups, and content production teams
Solid understanding of:
The psychology behind short-form content
Effective hooks, pacing, and storytelling techniques
Plus if you:
Have contributed to
YouTube or Instagram growth initiatives
Are familiar with
performance marketing creatives
