About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead OnBase Application Analyst to administer, configure, and optimize OnBase content management and workflow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OnBase administration, document management, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing OnBase platforms, driving digital transformation initiatives, implementing workflow automation solutions, and improving operational efficiency through process optimization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational users to deliver scalable and efficient content management solutions that support organizational goals.

What You'll Do:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize OnBase content management and workflow solutions.
- Configure document management, records management, and process automation capabilities based on business requirements.
- Design and implement workflow solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Configure and maintain workflow queues, life cycles, forms, document types, and business process automation components.
- Support integrations between OnBase and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and other business systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OnBase solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production and operational incidents.
- Support application upgrades, patches, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.
- Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Participate in project planning, delivery, and implementation activities.




- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability, usability, and reliability.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and document management standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Provide guidance and support to end users and business teams regarding OnBase capabilities and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise application support, content management, or workflow automation solutions.
- Solid hands-on experience in OnBase administration, configuration, and support.
- Extensive knowledge of OnBase Content Management, Document Management, and Records Management.
- Experience configuring and maintaining workflows, queues, life cycles, forms, and automation processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management and digital workflow solutions.
- Experience supporting large-scale OnBase implementations and operational environments.
- Experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of business process management and process optimization.
- Ability to improve operational efficiency through digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into automation solutions.
- Knowledge of workflow best practices and process governance.
- Experience supporting integrations between OnBase and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience managing application enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities.
- Ability to support system migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
