Junior Copywriter

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Copywriter who is passionate about ideas, words, and storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to turn briefs into engaging, platform-first content and have a strong understanding of social media and digital communication.

You’ll work closely with the Creative, Strategy, and Account Management teams to develop content and creative ideas for a wide range of brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative copy and content across social media, digital campaigns, websites, and brand communication .
- Translate briefs into clear, engaging, and relevant creative ideas.
- Write social media posts, captions, scripts, campaign copy, headlines, taglines, and digital content .
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, video teams, strategists, and account managers to execute campaigns.
- Adapt communication and tone of voice according to different brands, audiences, and platforms .
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop fresh campaign ideas.
- Research brands, audiences, competitors, cultural trends, and social media conversations to create relevant content.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, clarity, and consistency .
- Work on multiple briefs simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Be open to feedback and incorporate revisions quickly.
- Stay updated on social media trends, internet culture,



pop culture, and emerging content formats .

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, advertising, digital marketing, or a creative agency.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and written communication .
- Ability to write in different tones and styles depending on the brand and audience.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
- Curiosity about pop culture, trends, advertising, and internet culture .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
- A strong portfolio of social media, campaigns, scripts, or other creative writing work is preferred.
