Role Description This is a part-time, remote Meta ads specialist role focused on driving customer acquisition and engagement through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms. The specialist will plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies aligned with business goals. Daily tasks include creating and testing ad creatives and copy, setting up tracking and conversions, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on results. The role also involves analyzing data in Ads Manager and related tools, preparing concise performance reports, and suggesting improvements to landing pages and funnels.



The specialist will collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging, promotions, and fitness offerings.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Experience in performance marketing, paid social advertising, and conversion-focused campaign strategy.
- Ability to analyze advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Skill in creating and testing ad copy, visuals, and variations tailored to different audience segments.
- Familiarity with pixel implementation, event tracking, and basic funnel optimization (landing pages, lead forms).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including A/B testing and remarketing strategies.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in campaign documentation and reporting.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Prior experience with online fitness, wellness, or subscription-based products is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
