We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to manage client accounts, coordinate logistics, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced market.

Role Description:

As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will handle the day-to-day commercial and logistics operations of our newsprint dealing business. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing publishing clients, sourcing stock from paper mills, coordinating heavy freight logistics, and identifying recent market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management & Sales

- Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers, commercial printers, and packaging clients.
- Process bulk orders, generate price quotes, and negotiate contract terms based on fluctuating market rates.




- Monitor industry trends to identify potential new clients and expand our distribution network.

2. Administrative & Financial Support

- Issue invoices, track payment milestones, and manage credit limits for high-volume accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of tonnage sold, freight costs, and profit margins.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or product quality claims efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience: Freshers are welcome
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
- Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities and exceptional organizational skills.
- Language skills: Strong command over English and Hindi is required. Command over any other language is highly preferred
