Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the FinTech industry to lead and manage sales operations across DMT, AEPS, MATM, B2B, and B2C business segments . The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, tracking performance metrics, and expanding the merchant network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Drive merchant acquisition and activation for DMT, AEPS, and MATM services.
- Manage and grow both B2B and B2C sales channels .
- Monitor daily sales performance, merchant onboarding, and transaction volumes.
- Track sales KPIs, productivity, conversions, and team performance.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product,



and Business teams to improve sales efficiency.
- Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer and merchant satisfaction.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of experience in the FinTech industry.
- Hands-on experience in DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), and MATM (Micro ATM) business.
- Robust experience in managing B2B and B2C sales teams .
- Proven track record in merchant acquisition, channel sales, and business development.
- Experience in sales reporting, MIS, target tracking, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of FinTech products, payment services, and merchant ecosystems.
