Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented

Project Manager from an architectural firm background to lead and coordinate multiple architectural projects. This role requires strong expertise in Revit (mandatory) and sits at the intersection of design teams, finance, and leadership. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Setup & Documentation – Prepare and maintain project records, ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Resource Planning & Management – Allocate staffing, manage weekly updates, and optimize utilization across projects.
- Financial Oversight & Reporting – Conduct weekly reviews, track budgets, fees, and project health; flag risks and deviations.
- Invoicing & Coordination – Manage client/consultant invoicing, track payments, and align cash flow with contracts.




- Project Tracking & Systems Management – Use internal tools to monitor milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Contracts & Compliance – Manage agreements, ensure obligations are met, and maintain compliance.
- Communication & Coordination – Facilitate transparent communication between design teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (BArch/MArch).
- 7–12 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Mandatory proficiency in Revit / BIM workflows.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle in design/consulting projects.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and MS Excel .
- Knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and fee structures.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must be based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate.
