Generate NC Programs for Milling Parts for VMC, HMC, & CNC Machine
To take ownership of the projects till their closure
To make proper documents with all information for the operator.
Resolve all programming-related queries from the shopfloor.

Strategic and planning
Ready to take on new challenges to develop CNC programming through Mastercam for various requirements.
Share lessons learnt from the task /projects with the team.
Planning machining strategies to optimise machine utilisation, tool life & part cycle time.
Functional
Core:
Generate NC Programs for Milling Parts for VMC, HMC & CNC Machine.
Simulation of G-code program in Vericut/NC simul simulation software
Knowledge of the machining process
Ready to take on current challenges to develop CNC programming through Mastercam for various requirements.
Experience of proofing parts in a CNC machine




Able to read G & M code.
5S, ISO ***** and ISO ***** basic knowledge
Good communication skills
Mastercam Automation for improvement, reducing programming time.
