We are seeking an experienced Java Architect/Technical Lead to design and drive scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves defining system architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust and maintainable software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, selecting the right tools and frameworks, and ensuring best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on professional with deep expertise in Java and enterprise technologies, capable of balancing architectural vision with practical execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into productive technical solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures
Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project needs
Lead and mentor development teams to ensure high technical standards and delivery quality
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices and standards




Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Drive adoption of modern design patterns, architecture principles, and development practices
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance
Ensure efficient software delivery with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability
Guide teams in implementing testing strategies, including unit testing and quality assurance processes
What Makes You a Great Fit
Strong experience in Java (Java 8 and above) with deep understanding of core concepts
Hands-on expertise with Servlets and enterprise-level application development
Experience in writing unit tests using JUnit and maintaining high code quality
Good understanding of enterprise application architecture and system design principles
Knowledge of JSP, XML processing, and build tools like ANT is an added advantage
Proven ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize applications
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding development teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
