Role: Lead – Market Access & Policy Advocacy (Vaccines EPI Business)

Function: Vaccines Business Development

Job Location: Corporate Office, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad/ Delhi

Role Purpose: Drive market access strategy and policy advocacy for Biological E.’s Vaccines EPI business, ensuring equitable access, sustainable pricing, and strong government partnerships to expand immunization coverage across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Market access strategy : Develop and execute pricing, reimbursement, and tender strategies for vaccines in EPI programs.
- Policy advocacy : Shape healthcare policy reforms by engaging with ministries, regulators, and public health bodies.
- Government engagement : Build long-term relationships with MoHFW, NHM, and state health departments to strengthen vaccine adoption.
- Stakeholder partnerships : Collaborate with NGOs, patient groups,



and industry associations to drive immunization awareness.
- Access programs : Design affordable, risk-sharing, and early-access models aligned with public health needs.
- Evidence generation : Lead health economics and outcomes research to support policymaker decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with commercial, regulatory, medical, and supply chain teams to deliver access outcomes.

Qualifications

- 10–15 years in market access, policy, or government affairs within vaccines/pharma.
- Proven expertise in pricing, reimbursement, tenders and advocacy .
- Robust network with government, regulatory, and public health stakeholders .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
