Job Description
1. Managing the entire sales cycle from building relationships with customers &
real estate brokers, initializing contracts, negotiations and closures.
2. Defining and executing sales plans
3. Identify& create recent business opportunities and develop proposals for bulk
deals
4. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products related to
property industry
5. Client relation, recovery / collections
Qualifications
Graduate/ Post Graduate in marketing with 7-10 years of experience preferably in real estate, preferably premium properties.
