Position Summary
The incumbent will lead all legal and secretarial functions, including compliance, governance, contract management, and risk mitigation. This role demands expertise in corporate law, SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and JV agreements, along with experience in managing Board processes and stakeholder communication.
Position Demands
Solid knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and JV structures
Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
High integrity and governance orientation
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
