Role Summary:
Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational disruptions and ensuring seamless passenger handling through effective coordination and system expertise. This role demands strong analytical skills, system proficiency, and the ability to work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage irregular operations including flight delays, cancellations, and other disruptions.
Use the Sky Schedule system to identify impacted passengers and determine appropriate re-accommodation options.
Collaborate with NP/OCC teams to assess operational impact and implement schedule changes.
Communicate schedule updates to all relevant stakeholders via email.
Efficiently interpret TTY messages to support operational clarity.




Identify and promptly resolve real-time issues within the New Skies system.
Maintain readiness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
Desired Qualities:
Solid understanding of SkySpeed and other airline reservation systems
Proficient in MS Office tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of E-tickets and handling reject messages
Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 operational setup
Education:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in a relevant field
