Role Summary
• Managing, validating and processing price contracts/orders and responding to complex handling of the price differences
• Part of Order to cash process
Main Tasks
Manage Customer Portal (Price Contracts/Agreements, Orders)
Validation Price Agreements
Maintain price in SAP FICO
Price Dispute Management
Issue credit/debit note
Mentor for other team members / Onboarding of new team members
Leading of smaller projects
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
• Active knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of SAP system (SD)
• Positive communication and organizational skills
• 0 to 1 years experiences in a similar position
• MS Office
