Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain user manuals, HTML help content, and other product documentation.
Work with MadCap Flare as the primary content management system.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client-side stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Ensure documentation quality, structure, clarity, and consistency across deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in technical writing, ideally in a software or product-centric environment.
Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare for authoring and content management.
Strong ability to write clear, structured, user-focused documentation.
Good communication and collaboration skills—critical for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
Background or exposure in healthcare, biology,



or genomics (this is a stretch requirement but would be highly valued).
Additional Context
This role is needed to support ongoing documentation updates for product suite.
No strict seniority requirement; open to reviewing mid-level or senior talent.
