Develops and implements internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction. Manages merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion and consideration. Leads campaign management, product launch/transition, online merchandising, and end-to-end conversion. Directs the development of global e-commerce programs and website strategy to maximize brand presentation, consumer experience, and support the integrated internet marketing strategy for the company. Drives analysis to deliver changes to the commerce platform. Drives online demand generation strategies.

What
you'll
achieve
In this role, you will support the execution of paid social strategies by analyzing social media data,
assisting
in campaign setup, and
monitoring
performance to deliver actionable insights that drive optimization.
You'll
help adjust targeting, bidding, and creative elements based on results, contribute to A/B testing initiatives, and create detailed performance reports that inform senior team members. Working closely with Campaign Associates, Managers, and creative teams,
you'll
collaborate on ad development and gain hands‐on experience across digital media and social marketing activities. You will also
participate
in training sessions to build your skills while ensuring all campaigns
comply with
legal, ethical,



and regulatory standards and follow best practices in setup, targeting, and optimization.
You will:
Analyze social media data to support campaign setup.
Create and
maintain
reports on social media campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign data to provide insights for optimization.
Assist

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing
, Communications, or a related field.
1-2
Experience or internship in social media or digital advertising is preferred.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital media field.
