Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
Lead Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
with strong hands-on development expertise and a solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite processes. The ideal candidate will lead technical development, support critical business operations, and collaborate closely with functional and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver




Oracle EBS technical development
across R12.1+ environments.
Design, develop, and support
RICEFW components
(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
Provide technical expertise across Oracle EBS modules including
OM, AR, AP, GL, INV, and IBY
.
Support and optimize
end-to-end business processes
such as
Order to Cash (O2C)
and
Supply Chain
.
Perform
performance tuning
, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Monitor and resolve
scheduled job failures
and production issues.
Work in
SLA-driven support environments
and manage tickets efficiently.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Create and maintain
technical documentation
and solution design artifacts.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications
8–14 years of strong
Oracle EBS Technical experience
