Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Experience: 8+ Years Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Team Lead – Full Stack with solid hands-on expertise in React.js and TypeScript, deep backend engineering experience, and strong database design and optimization skills. The role requires end-to-end ownership of frontend, backend, and data layers, ensuring scalable, high-performance systems, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence. Exposure to Java-based services and Generative AI is a plus, but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities
Lead hands-on development across frontend, backend,



and database layers
Build scalable, maintainable web applications using React.js and TypeScript
Design and develop backend services using Node.js (Express / NestJS) and Python (FastAPI / Flask)
Review, integrate, or extend Java / Spring Boot–based services where required
Own end-to-end feature delivery from UI to database and production deployment
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for scale and performance
Design and maintain RESTful APIs with proper authentication, versioning, and error handling
Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor team members
Debug and resolve complex production and performance issues
Collaborate with product, UX, and DevOps teams on solution design and delivery Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript (expert-level)
Backend: Node.js (expert), Python (advanced)
Databases: ArangoDB, MySQL, MongoDB (schema design, indexing, query optimization)
APIs: RESTful services, authentication, rate limiting, versioning
Cloud: Azure and/or AWS
DevOps: Docker, PM2, CI/CD pipelines Good to Have
Java / Spring Boot exposure in polyglot backend environments
Exposure to Generative AI / LLM APIs
Experience with vector databases
Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
Exposure to microservices or event-driven architectures Leadership & Ownership
Own technical design and implementation decisions
Mentor engineers and drive best practices across the stack
Provide inputs on estimation, feasibility, and delivery planning Ideal Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience as a full stack engineer with strong backend and database ownership




Proven experience delivering production-grade applications at scale
Comfortable leading teams while remaining hands-on Tech Stack Snapshot
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
Backend: Node.js, Python, Java / Spring Boot (good to have)
Databases: ArangoDB, MySQL, MongoDB
Cloud: Azure / AWS
DevOps: Docker, PM2, CI/CD
GenAI: Azure AI foundry, other LLMs (good to have)
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
