The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles aligned with release timelines while ensuring quality, transparency, and timely delivery. This role requires strong coordination, test management, and reporting skills to effectively drive UAT readiness and execution in a dynamic workplace.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnProvide overall vendor leadership for the UAT team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of testing activities.nnCollaborate with Truist stakeholders to prioritize UAT efforts based on release schedules and business needs.nnOversee comprehensive UAT test planning, ensuring test readiness, execution tracking, and adherence to quality standards.nnDeliver clear and actionable status updates on UAT progress, risks, issues, and defect resolution.nnProduce and maintain testing metrics, dashboards, and performance reports for UAT activities and team output.nnRequired Skills u**** QualificationsnnBacheloru****s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).nn5u****** years of experience in software testing, UAT coordination, or QA leadership roles.nnStrong understanding of end-to-end testing processes, defect lifecycle management,
