Sales Leader / Head – Premium Real Estate Project
We are looking for a energetic Sales Leader to drive sales operations for our upcoming Premium Residential project in Kakkanad, Kochi.
Experience: 15+ years overall, with a minimum of 10 years in real estate
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive overall sales operations and strategy
- Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets
- Develop strong client relationships and drive conversions
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategy
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of project sales targets
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum graduation
- Notice Period: 1 month
