Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and talented individual with who demonstrates sharp learning agility and seeks to create in-depth technical mastery in developing superior propositions for the Indian consumer. We aim to develop business leaders with R&D; mastery – individuals who constantly innovate and disrupt across product, packaging, and communication in the service of business. In this role, you will work on high impact problems that our businesses face every day and build solutions in collaboration with R&D; and cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and define data-centric solutions
Understand market landscape and undertake comprehensive literature reviews to identify opportunities & gaps for our products
Understand business needs and work with on-site teams to develop new solutions to delight our consumers
Build models and develop new methods that can be sustainably utilized by the R&D; team to deliver results
Partner with technologists to develop and test out prototype solutions
Capture key insights and technical findings from research projects and share results & recommendations in a clear succinct manner
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
M.Sc in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Design OR M.Tech in Bio Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Research, or Design
Intermediate knowledge of data analytics and computing.
